vee's strengths are in anti-racism, DEI, community development, marketing, content creation, usage-generating content, systems, program ideation, creative projects, money mindset and self-publishing.

Michelle's strengths are in business discovery, package/offer creation, pricing, client/customer profiling, relationship-based marketing, messaging, and creating action plans.

Yup, you can do all your sessions with just 1 of us or mix it up! And if you're unsure who to work with, we'll be in touch with our suggestion as soon as you fill out the intake form.

As soon as payment is made, you will have registered for a 6-session, 1:1 coaching package. Access begins immediately and continues for 182 days.

You will receive:

6 45-minute 1:1 sessions with Michelle and/or vp (your choice!) to use within 6 months of your start date
links to Michelle & vp's calendars for scheduling access
a client portal in Kajabi with call recordings, notes, and resources

CONFIDENTIALITY
Please be reassured that all paperwork and conversations and will be held in complete confidence by Hello Business and vp wright, with the exception of our assistants, who have a confidentiality policy as well. Conversely, the coaching tools (including, but not limited to, recorded sessions, email responses and written exercises) are the intellectual property of Hello Business and cannot be used in any public forum without Michelle Ward's written permission.

PAYMENTS

The cost for these 6 sessions are either $2495 paid upfront, or $2622 paid out in 6 monthly installments of $437/month. This fee includes the program logistics listed above.

If the installment plan is selected, your remaining payments will be taken automatically from the account you initially paid with every month on the date of the original payment until the full payment has been made. For example, if you used your Amex to make your first payment on April 16th, then the next charge will be made automatically on your Amex on May 16th, then June 16th, and so on.

You are responsible for keeping all payment information current and the financial account associated with your credit card adequately funded to satisfy the cost of the program. If you need to change payment methods at any time, please email [email protected] so we can assist you.

If payment is insufficient or declined for any reason and it is not reconciled within 72 hours, Hello Business has the authority to remove you from your portal and pursue collection of the balance of the coaching fee, including sending the outstanding balance to a collection agency. You agree to hold When I Grow Up Coach LLC harmless with respect to this enforcement.

If you have received a full scholarship to this program, then no money is owed or due at any time.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of this work, there will be no refunds given - either partially or in full - at any time. Even if you choose not to participate or don't use your sessions in the time allowed, the remainder of the package total is owed in full and must be completed as per the original timeline (unless otherwise discussed and agreed to).

If you initiate a chargeback or contest these payments in any way, it will be considered a breach of your payment obligations and this agreement.

Hello Business reserves the right to pursue collection of any outstanding balance owed for this package.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

If you realize at any time that you cannot attend a scheduled coaching session, please log in to your portal to cancel or reschedule sans penalty. If you’re having trouble, email [email protected] and you'll get a response ASAP.

If you don't give 24 hours notice and/or are a no-show to your session, the session will be unable to be rescheduled. We will stay on the line for the first 15 minutes of your appointment, and will happily use whatever time is left if you arrive late. Any sessions that start late are not able to be extended and will end at the scheduled time.

Please note that exceptions to this policy can be made due to illness, acts of nature, deaths in the family, etc. We'll do our best to accommodate in these instances, but it can't be guaranteed.

LASTLY...

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and any disputes arising from it must be handled exclusively in Essex County, New Jersey.

You understand that we are not licensed therapists, financial advisors, or attorneys, and you are free at any time to seek out advice from those certified professionals. You understand that you are at free will and are responsible for all of your decisions, actions, or inactions. You will not hold Michelle Ward, vp wright, or When I Grow Up Coach LLC liable for any outcomes that directly or indirectly come from this program.

You agree that checking this box and submitting this record/document in this fashion is the legal equivalent of having placed your handwritten signature on the submitted record/document and this affirmation.
