CONFIDENTIALITY
Please be reassured that all paperwork and conversations and will be held in complete confidence, with the exception of my assistant, who has a confidentiality policy as well. Conversely, the Hello Business tools (including, but not limited to, recorded sessions, email responses and written exercises) are my intellectual property and cannot be used in any public forum without my written permission. 

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

In order to do our best to create a safer and supportive space while practicing vulnerability and courage, we agree…

…there is a Zero Tolerance policy for hate speech. These include - but are not limited to - statements that are racist, sexist, homophobic, or transphobic. Should this occur, you will be contacted and removed from the group immediately. 

…microaggressions, tone policing, name calling, gossip and bullying are also not permitted. We understand that people can inflict this without ill intent or awareness. You’ll be contacted via email directly by Michelle to talk further about it, and reconciliation will be determined from there.

…harmful language will be removed from our community space immediately. This includes calling out someone else in the group in a defensive or accusatory way - whether or not you mention them by name. The exchange will be screenshot and filed away, and the persons involved will be contacted immediately for further discussion and action.

…to not speak directly to anyone who has upset or harmed you. In order to minimize harm, talk to me first about anything that has come up before approaching the other party (or the group at large). This could be done via a direct email or anonymously via a survey link you'll receive in the program. I drop everything when I see any of these things come through and will contact you ASAP.

…that this is an intersectional space and we are aware that everyone’s experiences are not the same. Please don’t assume that anyone else has the same education, language, lifestyle, communication methods, abilities, privileges, etc. as you do. 

…that this community commits to being an ally towards our marginalized members. If you need further information or education around this, please see the resources on my DEI statement or come to me directly for any help or support.

…to lead with curiosity and the assumption that every interaction comes with the best of intentions. We are encouraged to show up as our messy, imperfect selves, and therefore hold the belief that any feedback, post, or conversation comes from a kind heart and a helpful nature. Please show up with compassionate, encouraging and empathetic energy for yourself and each other.

Please note that anyone who is found in violation of these guidelines will be approached quickly and privately, and could be removed from the program without a refund. I know these are strong words, but everyone here needs to take a strong stance in playing a part to create a braver, safer, authentic space for all involved. If you need additional support or learning surrounding these agreements and terminology, please take the Community Agreements quiz in Kajabi as many times as you wish to test your knowledge.

These agreements were crafted with the input of DEI consultant vp wright. These guidelines can and will be continuously updated as the need or inspiration arises.

FINANCIALS

The cost for Show Up Squad is either $600 paid upfront, or $720 paid out in 12 monthly installments of $60/month. This fee includes the program logistics listed above.

If you have received a full scholarship to this program, then no money is owed or due at any time.

If the installment plan is selected, your remaining payments will be taken automatically from the account you initially paid with every month on the date of the original payment until the full payment has been made. For example, if you used your Amex to make your first payment on April 16th, then the next charge will be made automatically on your Amex on May 16th, then June 16th, and so on.

You are responsible for keeping all payment information current and the financial account associated with your credit card adequately funded to satisfy the cost of the program. If you need to change payment methods at any time, please email [email protected] so we can assist you.

If payment is insufficient or declined for any reason and it is not reconciled within 72 hours, I have the authority to remove you from the Program and pursue collection of the balance of the program fee, including sending the outstanding balance to a collection agency. You agree to hold me harmless and that I will have no liability with respect to this enforcement.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and any disputes arising from it must be handled exclusively in Essex County, New Jersey.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the nature of this program, there will be no refunds given - either partially or in full - at any time. Even if you choose not to participate, the remainder of the program total is owed in full and must be completed as per our original timeline. 

If you initiate a chargeback or contest these payments in any way, it will be considered a breach of your payment obligations and this agreement. 

I reserve the right to pursue collection of any outstanding balance owed for the Program.

 

LASTLY...

You understand that I am not a licensed therapist, financial advisor, or attorney, and you are free at any time to seek out advice from those certified professionals. You understand that you are at free will and are responsible for all of your decisions, actions, or inactions. You will not hold Michelle Ward or When I Grow Up Coach LLC liable for any outcomes that directly or indirectly come from this program. 

You agree that checking this box and submitting this record/document in this fashion is the legal equivalent of having placed your handwritten signature on the submitted record/document and this affirmation.
